• We are using well water in hostel (Paying Guest).

• Doctor and medical facility in the immediate vicinity: mother hospital, Chandramathi Amma Hospital, Government Primary Health centre.
• Four temples and three churches situated within a kilometre.
• Rent will start from Rs 4,900/- onwards per head.
• Doctor, Beauty parlour, Akshaya facilities are very near to our hostel (Paying Guest).
